Group programs offer an Artistic outlet for kids to express themselves creatively, to find meaning and to build confidence in a small group setting.These groups give the children an opportunity to share thoughts , feelings and to express their uniqueness with one another while building social skills in a safe environment.

All programs include Mindfulness exercises.
All materials included.

Groups are kept small so that each child can recieve the attention they deserve.Only taking 6 children in a group.

TERM ONE 2024

FEELINGS PORTRAITS

The Term 1 Program focus is all about making connections through portraits. The children will explore feelings and create portraits to depict these. This is a short program of 5 weeks commencing in week 6 of Term 1 - Wednesday 13th March at 4:15 pm.

Ages: 8-11 years.

Cost: $175 for the 5 week program

Dates: Wednesdays Weeks 7 - 11. March 13th, 18th, 25th. April 3rd, 8th.

Time: 4:15 - 5:30pm

I like everything about art therapy. You get to do it in your own way and get to have a lot of fun. You come home really happy, and you also get to do some meditations & talk about things you’re really happy with. It’s just really exciting. You can also do it with a friend & talk about a lot of stuff you want to share.

I guess art therapy just helps so much with finding out who you really are and how to cope. I’ve learnt so many things about who I am and if you have problems, art therapy just helps it. It helps your inner crafting, and it doesn’t have to be perfect It’s an amazing thing to do and to experience it in this place. It brings me so much calming. At the end of the day, if you’re having a bad day, you come home excited, happier than usual…I guess that’s what I like about Art Therapy.
